I seized the plunger and went to work on it, thinking to myself that I most likely looked like such a goon. Here I was with soap and shampoo cascading off me and jumping up and down pointlessly. How was I going to get this fixed, finish showering and get to the opposite side of San Francisco in less than 3 hours? Fortunately for me I was able to get a good plumber on the telephone who said he would be over in virtually no time.

I used to be a bit concerned that they were going to be late and I was going to miss my date, but it took them less time than they had originally told me it was going to take. After they got to my place they went to work on it straight away and like sorcery they were out and in. They took a tool they called a snake and fixed the difficulty. Though the drain clogged before, I never did much to mend it and on occasion I’d get a bottle of some of the liquid stuff.

The more that I used some of the inexpensive liquid stuff, the more the drain appeared to block. I talked to the plumbers about the liquid stuff and they said to me that some of the liquid stuff can actually cause significant issues over a period of time. Some older homes in San Francisco have particular sorts of pipes that are jointed along with stuff the liquid cleaners eat away, making the difficulty worse. Thankfully I was ready to get to my date in time and my plumbing issues appear to be fixed for good.
